We can take care of registering your new limited company.

Simply provide:

1. Your company name. Let us know if you'd prefer your business name to end in  Limited or Ltd - this is required by Companies House. 

2. Name and personal details of appointed Company Directors.

3. Details of any shareholders or guarantors.

4. Registered office address - this may be your home address or a separate business address if you have one.

Corporation Tax registration will be taken care of when your business is registered with Companies House. You will need to ensure you keep records of your company, as well as completing your tax return, annual returns and keeping your company records.

We prefer to collaborate with our customers to ensure their vision is brought to life. For most sites this will require an hour or two of your time, to discuss your requirements and preferences, agree the work to be conducted, and review and approve your fantastic new website.

If you require custom content creation and copy-writing, this will require additional time to agree the content to be created, plus review prior to it being published on your site.

More complex sites will require several review sessions to ensure it is aligned to your vision.
